One think I want to say or warn for us larger girls...yea I hate that term but when I first started losing if I cut my calories ot much I didn't lose. I had to make sure that I was eating around 1800 calories a day to keep the 1-2lbs of weight loss to coming off. I know many people can cut to 1200 calories and drop, but for me it just didn't work with my level of working out. I neeed the extra calories. It seems odd - but I often tell my friends who complain that they are stuck to eat more. Eat good quality foods, but eat more calories overall.
