Whoooooooooooooooooooooooo Hooooooooooooooooooo
ReplyDeleteI said it once but I'll say it again: I am SO PROUD of you, and I know you are going to accomplish great things at F4F.
Once again...You are amazing!!! Negative splits you go girl. Now that you've run with the celebrities...Al Roker...will you still want to train with me? Just joking. You failed to mention that you were able to phone a friend for almost a mile of your run AND still get a PR!!!! F4F will be a walk in the park for you.
ReplyDelete@ everyone - "C's" right . . . I called her between mile 7.5 and chatted with her until mile 8.25 or so. I wanted to call her to tell her awesome I was feeling and doing and she was crunching some numbers and reported I was getting faster . . . oh yeah - that was the boost I needed! I'll make sure to include more about that in an upcoming recap detailing each mile :) Thanks "C" for being there (via cell phone) for me!!!!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS! Nothing could be better than an unexpected PR!
ReplyDelete:)
