11:45-Noon stop at the party store and get some cute plates and napkins for this evening’s soirée.
St. Patty’s Day plates, napkins and white forks to match for tonight’s gathering (close enough to the 17th don’t you think?)
While I was there, who can pass up a sale on such a cute set? Not me! The set included small and large plates plus napkins for only $5. I added some matching pink forks just for fun.
Finally, these large square pastel plaid plates and matching napkins were too precious to pass up. The hot rose pink forks will be a fun accent with these. I’m hosting a family picnic (of sorts) next month – guess what we’ll be using – hee hee!
Noon – 12:10 stop at McDonalds pick up a Happy Meal for me (my first Happy Meal in nearly 30 years) and a Number 4 for my husband
12:10-12:30 eat above Happy Meal . . . and yes, it did make me happy. It was my first Cheeseburger from McD in 2012 – I used to eat 2-3 double cheeseburgers there weekly BEFORE my lifestyle revolution!!!
12:30 – 1:00 make frosting then frosted SkinnyTaste’s Pineapple Bliss “cup”cakes – I just made the recipe in 8X8 pans (click HERE for the delicious recipe . . . with only 140 calories each – YUM).
1:00-1:30 make Gina’s Skinny Taco Dip (click HERE for the easy and ah-maz-ing recipe and with only 59 calories per serving – HOME RUN!)
1:30-2:00 prepared Gina’s Southwestern Black Bean Salad (click HERE for the recipe – and with 105 calories per serving, it’s a delicious appetizer . . . or meal!)

3:00-4:00 write blog, fill in MFP, & enter workouts into DM
4:00-5:30 shower and rest
5:30-5:50 load up car with party goodies
6:00-Midnight “Saturday Night Soirée” with some gal pals (eating, beading, eating, wine drinking, laughing, card playing, eating, wine drinking, laughing . . . and so on).
