Chapter 2 page 23

So I've really been thinking about my goals for this upcoming week - and I'm torn between what I think I am able to do (taking the reality of my week's schedule into account, the weather, and I'm dealing with another cold - ugg!)and what I really need to do, so . . . . . . . . . wish me luck!!

Goal #1: Exercise 4 hours this week (this will be a BIG challenge - if you were my client I would ask what is your confidence level on being able to achieve this goal? On a scale of 1-10, I'd say about a 6 - ugg, I will have to push myself further than I find easy.

Goal #2: Write at least one daily victory each day of the week.

Goal #3: Write down everything I eat/drink 3 days this week.

What is it you are going to do to stretch yourself this week to push you to the next level? Are you ready to leave the comfort zone? Join me in pushing ourselves to be better than we currently are. Good luck - let's see where the road leads together.

  1. Hey Lisa:

Finally checking out your blogspot...awesome girl!! Now I need to check it more regularly, because my eyes are sore from reading...not to mention that I really am in need of reading glasses, just have not purchased them yet!! But now that I am quickly approaching a halfway to 90 birthday, I better buy a pair for myself, don't you think? It is always great seeing you in person and hearing you cheer people you are doing it in writing. You are awesome, Lisa! Now I just need to set some daily, which leads to weekly goals for myself. The one goal I want to set for this week, is heading to the gym two more times this week...went today! It takes an effort for me too. Love the way you push water...I need to drink more instead of coffee and soda. Thanks for the inspiration. Love ya, Kelli

  2. Yeah Kelli -
Thanks for reading my blog and leaving a comment! YOU ROCK!!! I love so much and can't tell you how grateful I am to have you in my life!!! Keep up the good fight!!!
