Tonight was the 5th session (out of 6) of Boot Camp. I missed last Wednesday’s class due to my respiratory virus and my quad pain – thought it best to rest in prep for the HUFF (wise decision). I really like the class – it’s exactly what I need to get motivated and headed in the right direction with my physical fitness. I enjoy the instructor and the other participants. I think the best part of the class is that I’m doing it with a friend.
