Chapter 2 page 331 - Welcome Spring Into Training Participants

It's Thursday (LOVE that this week is flying by) and that means Spring Into Training night!!!!  My FAV part of my week!  Tonight we had a "classroom session" called "Race Day Prep".  We discussed the different types of gear/supplies a walker/runner might need, books/magazines that are helpful, what the next step should be, how to select a race, and then finally what to do in the hours and days leading up to a race.  I was extremely long winded (soooo sorry folks), but I seriously hope the participants found the info at least somewhat helpful.  Because much of the info I discussed is located on my blog, I invited the participants to stop by for a visit.  So . . . .if you are a Spring Into Training Participant - WELCOME.  I hope you'll leave me a comment and let me know you've checked it out!  Good luck with your training!

To all my awesome followers bloggy friends, thank you so much for your words of encouragement about my heel!  I felt the cyber-love!  You are all the best!!!!!!!!

  1. I LOLed on your comment. Wheel's off? OMG.

Try adding a lil splash of Agave syrup to your tea. Seriously try it iced. Don't over steep it. That's what I screwed up and didn't like it at first. Now it's AMAZING. Just guzzle it down and reap the health benefits. MMM. Zen.
